Founded in the late 1980's by Patrick H. Daly and his late
father.

It is currently run by Patrick H. Daly and his partner
David Hickey. Main focus is on supplying innovative and
critical food ingredients rather than commodities to the
bakery and manufacturing sectors on the island of ireland.
